• Purpose: Collects essential health profiles (e.g., mobility limitations, wheelchair/walker assistance, underlying conditions, and allergies) to ensure our certified Caregivers provide safe, tailored, and professional assistance.
• Hospital & Destination Coordination: Facilitates seamless pickup, drop-off, and department routing for medical visits and personal errands.
